Didn’t fit and requested a return. Answer was a hard no. Pretty ordinary customer service. Maybe stick to Milkcan or a competitor that does look after customers
My absolute go to for elegant signage for our Airbnb
Very happy with our purchase of our Orson cabinet handles, look classic and stylish and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. The Orson design came in a wide range of sizes to suit each of our doors and drawer fronts. We looked around for a while and found Orson to be the best combination of style, quality and price. Postage was quick and the items were well packed. Very happy to recommend Passio.
The handles are very high quality. It matches my gunmetal sink, sink tap and pot filler perfectly. Delivery was prompt and wrapped carefully.
The quality of the numbers are great but the mounting screws are rubbish they bent first tap when fixing
the handles are exactly as described in the description. The delivery was relatively quick. I can really recommend the handles.
The brass letters/numbers are beautiful. I have given 5 stars because of the quality of the product, but they took a very long time to arrive after ordering them (3-4 weeks).
Good sturdy hinge, nice movement, colour I chose matched online selection
....and Passio Interiors play it very well.
Prior to ordering our house number, Elle was extremely helpful with clear and concise communication in response to my questions.
Once ordered, getting it across the ditch was efficient and smooth.
The product received was well packaged. It was exactly as described and expected.
It looks great mounted on our black letterbox.
Thank you Passio Interiors.
The numbers look great and seem to be good quality. Unfortunately I do wish they came with option to choose hardware to install onto a fence/mailbox rather than only masonry. Or at least instructions on what hardware to source for this install as it was quite difficult. Other than this the numbers are lovely
The numbers themselves look great but delivery took at least 2 months and screws broke immediately during installation. Ended up having to be glued to sit flush to the wall so it was sturdy. The screws to make it “floating” are way too shallow and flimsy
So cool
Looks great with my souvenir swedish skies on the wall👍
Solid and with a feel of good quality! 👍
Love the design, the weight, and the price point. All of our fittings are looking great and we really appreciate the customer service along the way.
Beautiful craftsmanship
The product itself is great but I had hoped it would come with some instruction or guidance on how best to adhere to different surfaces (for me it's bagged brick)
The Orson Solid Brass Handle in Satin Brass is a beautiful and timeless piece. Its solid brass construction gives it a premium weight and feel, while the satin finish adds a subtle warmth and sophistication. The design is both elegant and versatile, complementing a wide range of cabinetry styles. It’s a high-quality handle that elevates any space with understated luxury.
Beautiful product! Great quality!
Products are manufactured really nice and they look really good.
You will not be disappointed.
We are so happy with your cabinetry handles and can’t wait to see them when they are installed.
