Shipping Policy

  • Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, and any delivery timeframes provided or listed are estimates only. As delivery timeframes are subject to change according to external factors, we strongly recommend you to avoid booking tradespeople etc. until all items are received.

  • Our delivery timeframes are applicable for metro postcodes only. Delivery to rural/regional areas may vary - please allow a few extra days for all deliveries to rural/regional postcodes. 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided shipping information (including names, addresses and phone numbers) is accurate and up to date. Passio Interiors will not be held responsible (a refund will not be possible) if an order is delivered to an incorrect address if the incorrect address was provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

  • All orders will be sent with "Authority To Leave" by default, unless requested otherwise at the time of purchase. Thus, your package/s may be delivered without a signature being obtained, as long as the delivery driver deems it is safe to do so.

  • All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. However, if the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to the provided address or did not deem the location safe enough to leave the package, your package may be delivered to a nearby collection point (Post Office, Parcel Locker, Parcel Connect, Newsagent or similar) for collection.

  • To collect your parcel from a collection point, please refer to the calling card left by the courier. If you are unable to locate the calling card, please contact info@passiointeriors.com.au with your order number, and we'll do our best to assist. 

  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide an alternate street address for us to deliver your order to.

  • All delivery estimates exclude order processing time (generally up to 5 business days).

  • Please note that orders are not refundable if the package is rejected by the receiver for any reason.

Australia Shipping
Standard Shipping on all Australian orders under $250 AUD is $13 AUD.

Delivery within Australia will take approximately 10 - 12 business days.

We offer free Standard Shipping within Australia on all orders over $250 AUD.

Standard Shipping on all New Zealand orders is $33 AUD

Delivery to New Zealand will take approximately up to 14 business days.
