We use the same finish for the majority of our range. However, due to differing manufacturing processes, some finishes may vary between items.

No! Our brass products are heat-treated and double coated with premium lacquer to ensure their finish stays in top condition for as long as possible. Provided you follow our care instructions, you can expect the finish to remain unchanged for many years to come.
We understand the need to see your products before placing an order. However, we do not offer free samples. If you'd like to see your product of interest, please place an order as per normal.
Passio Interiors guarantee our entire range against defects, subject to fair wear and tear within the normal use period of the product, and as long as the product has been installed, used and maintained correctly.

There are 2 ways of placing an order:
1. Via the website:
Add the item(s) that you want to your shopping cart by using the "Add to cart" or "Pre-order" button. When you have finished, proceed to your shopping cart at the top right corner of your page. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase and proceeding with payment.
2. Via email:
Send us an email along with your contact and order details to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll contact you with an invoice for your order.
You're able to cancel an order if the order has not been dispatched. In addition, a 5% administration fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

Standard shipping on all New Zealand orders is $33.
Standard shipping on all international orders is $53.

We offer free shipping on orders equal to or exceeding $250.
All orders under $250 will incur a flat shipping rate of $13.
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After dispatch, please allow 10-12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, for your order to arrive.
