This website is operated by Passio Interiors. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Passio Interiors. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated.

Shipping Policy

We refer to the delivery times suggested by our courier partners. The risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address, and title passes upon payment for the products in full. You may view our full Shipping Policy here.

Shipping Policy During Sales Period

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive orders placed during sales periods to all addresses.

Pricing Policy

Passio Interiors' pricing is accurate and current. We reserve the right to alter and update our pricing and delivery charges at any time. Prices are subject to change until you have paid for the items in full.

Changes to Products

Specifications may be modified or products removed from the Passio Interiors website without prior notice. When two or more orders are placed with a reasonable amount of time between them, it is recommended that our team be contacted prior to placing a new order to check for any changes in the ordered products' colour, sizing, specifications, or other details.

Price Beat Guarantee (Custom Solid Brass Signage only)

Passio Interiors guarantees that if you're given a more competitive quote from another business for identical, non-refurbished Custom Solid Brass Signage with the same specs (dimensions, colour, material, mounting system, etc), we'll match their price and beat it by an additional 5%.

This guarantee excludes:

• Cashback, promotions and coupons (for example, where a supplier cashback or discounts are available through paper coupons or digital coupon codes)
• Bulk or commercial pricing (such as discounted prices not available to the general public)
• Clearance sales or liquidation stock (such as items sold by competitors during clearance or by businesses in receivership)

Passio Interiors reserves the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind, or something you ordered doesn't work for your project, we're more than happy to offer you a change of mind refund, subject to the terms listed in our full Returns & Exchange Policy here.

Returns & Exchange Policy During Sales Periods

Orders placed during sales periods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty.

Warranty Policy

Passio Interiors guarantee our entire range against defects, subject to fair wear and tear within the normal use period of the product, and as long as the product has been installed, used and maintained as per our instructions. For more information, please view our full Warranty Policy here.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against all products only on www.passiointeriors.com.au.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, transferred or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by debit or credit card.
• If you return any products you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a Gift Voucher, which can only be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect unauthorised activity, immediately report this to us at info@passiointeriors.com.au, providing all details including proof of purchase, Gift Voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
• Passio Interiors reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action necessary. 
• Gift Vouchers issued by Passio Interiors are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Promotions / Sales

• Promotions / Sales offered by Passio Interiors are only applicable for online purchases made via www.passiointeriors.com.au.
• Promotions / Sales offers are only valid between the stated start date and end date.
• Promotions / Sales offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers.
• Promotions / Sales offers cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund on a previous order.
• Promotions / Sales offers cannot be applied to existing or undelivered orders.

Giveaways

• Giveaway Prizes cannot be returned for a refund (unless prize item is deemed faulty) or redeemed for cash.
• Giveaway Prizes can be redeemed against all products only on www.passiointeriors.com.au.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the Giveaway Prize, the remaining balance must be paid by debit or credit card.
• Giveaway Prizes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect unauthorised activity, immediately report this to us at info@passiointeriors.com.au, providing all relevant details and a photo ID for verification purposes.
• Passio Interiors reserves the right to cancel a Giveaway Prize if we deem such action necessary. 
• Giveaway Prizes provided by Passio Interiors are valid for 24 months from the giveaway date.

Store Credit

• Store Credit can be redeemed against all products only on www.passiointeriors.com.au.
• Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, transferred or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, credit or debit card or security.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, the remaining balance must be paid by debit or credit card.
• If you return any products you have purchased using Store Credit, the balance will be credited to you as Store Credit, which can only be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
• Store Credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect unauthorised activity, immediately report this to us at info@passiointeriors.com.au, providing all relevant details and a photo ID for verification purposes.
• Passio Interiors reserves the right to cancel Store Credit if we deem such action necessary. 
• Store Credit issued by Passio Interiors is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees and are included under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
