You qualify for a trade account if you have a registered business in design, architecture, cabinet making, building, shop fitting or if you're a relevant licensed trade/design professional.

Having an ABN does not necessarily mean that your business is eligible for a Trade Account. If your business is not involved in design, architecture, cabinet making, building, shop fitting or if you're not a relevant licensed trade professional, you might not qualify for our trade program.

As a Trade Account holder, you'll gain multiple benefits. We offer exclusive and generous discounts across our entire range, as well as social media coverage and dedicated support. Additionally, you have the opportunity to receive a higher discount over time as your spend with Passio increases. This will be determined at Passio's discretion.

Once you have submitted an application form, sit back and relax. We'll send you an on-boarding email if your application is approved, along with easy instructions on how to activate your Trade Account.

All trade orders have a standard shipping fee of $25.

Yes! After setting up your trade account, you can place a sample order using your standard trade discount, as per usual.

We do! Custom sizes and finishes can be considered if you order a large quantity of a particular size/finish of an item for your project.

Custom sizes/finishes are only available on bulk orders where full payment is received prior to production.

Please note that not all products are customisable.

Send your custom request to, and we'll provide you with a quote if the order is possible.

Use the account that you set up to place your order (instructions on how to activate your account are sent with your on-boarding email), or email us with your order details if you'd prefer to order this way. We'll then contact you with an invoice for you to process.

A tax invoice can be sent if you require this. Send an email to with your order details and we'll sort it out for you.

If you have any issues (e.g. damage, faults, defects, wrong items, etc.) with your order, please send an email to and provide us with photos/videos to help illustrate the problem.

Please note that this needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All trade orders are firm sales and are non-refundable.

If an item is deemed by us to be faulty or defective, we'll offer a replacement for you at our cost.
