Will your solid brass products patina or age?

Our solid brass products are heat-treated and double coated with premium lacquer to ensure their finish stays in top condition for as long as possible. Provided you follow our care instructions, you can expect the finish to remain unchanged for many years to come.

Do you offer samples?

We understand the need to see products before placing a larger quantity order. Therefore, we recommend you purchase a single piece of the item you're interested in to confirm its suitability for your project.Alternatively, we offer handy Finish Sample Discs, which you can find here.

2) A "flush" configuration, when using an adhesive* of your choice

Should you wish to combine different products, please be mindful that colours can vary due to different materials.

Our solid brass letters & numbers are coated with a double layer of premium lacquer to protect the finish from discolouration. However, like all metals, some natural discolouration may occur over time when exposed to varying amounts of use and environmental factors. Whilst our brass finish will remain beautiful for many years, the lacquered finish cannot be guaranteed unconditionally and we therefore recommend our solid brass letters & numbers be installed in locations with adequate protection from the elements, ideally under a roof, portico or similar.

By regulation, our solid brass letters & numbers must not be installed in exterior locations within 4km of any ocean or river, as high-salinity environments may cause corrosion. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the voidance of your warranty. The Passio Interiors Limited Warranty Policy specifically excludes products not installed in accordance with our instructions.
